Shopping at Norwich
There are plenty of chooses for shopping in the town. Besides the typical English shops that you find all over Britain( M&S, Boots, Next...) in the high street, you can go to many several Malls and there is an open market as well.
In Elm Hill there are lots of antiques and eastern shops. It's the most famouse street for shopping.
There are some moderm shopping centers like The Forum, Arcade, Chapelfield Mall and Castle Mall Where you find lots of shops, restarurants, coffee shops an entertaiment. There is a Cinema in Castle Mall too.
What I like the most was around the Forum because it is a place of meeting and there are lots of different people in there.
Next to the Forum there is an open market where you can get everything: food, shoes, bags, cards, toys, souvenirs, vegetables, fruit, flowers, books, clothes and you can even have someting to eat and drink.
None of you know that I am a great cooker, and a better "eater". And also, sometimes, a good drinker.

In Norwich you can visit the Castle, it was built by William Rufus in the 11th century. There is a fantastic and beautiful Cathedral . The Royal Arcade was built by George Skipper in 1899, it has a lot of colours in the wall. In the center of the city there are some beautiful old gates like Erpingham Gate. In the past The Court hall it was a prison. There are a lot of old Churches, for example St. Petters, which it is near of the Forum. Elm Hill is one of the more famous streets in Norwich.

Food&drink in Norwich

There's a great selection of restaurants in Norwich. The Norwich restaurant scene has all the usual national chains and fast food joints, but part of the fun of traveling is sampling the local cuisine. In Norwich we can find a lot of choices for those who crave comfort food and those who savor more international flavors. A comprehensive list of restaurants and eating out in Norwich offers great food. Great cuisine, traditional meals, American food, Thai food, Chinese, Indian, and Currys, all available in Norwich. Themed diners and pub grub also can be found in Norwich Norfolk. Take away and eat in available.

Talking about drinks, one of the oldest pubs in Norwich is called, Adam and Eve famous for the fine reputation of offering some of the best lunch and dinner "pub grub" in town, particularly its casseroles. The bar area itself is split over two levels and seems to feel like it may really date back to the 13th century. We also visited the Gardener's Arms also known as the Murderers which is famous because someone was killed inside, we stopped by there and we really enjoyed that place I could recommend it to everyone.

From a fine fillet of steak to a Norfolk country carvery, Eating out or drinking in Norwich is nothing short of an absoloute pleasure.

HISTORICAL PLACES
In Norwih there are many different historical places to visit. I think the most important are The Castle and The Cathedral.
The Castle was built by the Normans in 11th Century. It was used as a jail and Robert Kett, head of revolutions in Norfolk, was executed there in 1545. Nowadays it is used as a museum and you can visit interesting exhibitions there.
The Cathedral is one of the most important christian buildings in the east of England and it has a big Close with beautiful gardens. When you go through Erpingham Gate you can see the principal entrance. It's cloister has interesting sculptures in the ceiling.
Another historical places are St. Peter's Church, next to the Forum, the Guildhall, built with mineral and crystals and Country and Eastern, an antiques store where you can buy things from different parts of the world.
